Clinical Operations

Day-to-day management of a trial site, from first contact through to close-out. This includes site selection support — market research, surveys, and interviews with physicians and medical staff to confirm a site is right for the study — along with feasibility assessment, subject recruitment, patient care, and subject retention through effective follow-up and ancillary care. Our team handles the operational load so sponsors and investigators can focus on the trial’s scientific outcomes.

Ethics Committee Registration, Administration

End-to-end support for working with Institutional Review Boards and Ethics Committees, including assistance for faster submission and approval. This extends to the informed consent process — every subject enrolled has the right to understand every detail of the trial they’re joining, and our experienced study staff manage that process directly, along with the ongoing administrative work an Ethics Committee requires to stay compliant.

Trainings

GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and study-specific training delivered to every member of study staff by our experts. We appoint experienced Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and study managers at each site, trained to ensure smooth, compliant conduct of the trial from day one.

NABH Accreditation of EC and Clinical Sites

We support Ethics Committees and clinical sites in working toward NABH accreditation standards. This includes reviewing existing documentation, processes, and site practices against what NABH requires, and helping strengthen the gaps we find. Our team stays involved throughout the process, working alongside site staff rather than simply flagging what needs to change. The goal is a smoother, better-prepared path to accreditation, with fewer surprises along the way.

Human Resource

We help identify, place, and support qualified clinical research staff at your study site. This includes coordinating staffing needs so the right people are in place before a trial begins, not scrambling to fill gaps once it’s underway. Staff placed through CliniGlia are expected to meet GCP and study-specific requirements for the duration of the trial. We stay involved throughout the study rather than stepping back after initial placement, so staffing issues get handled quickly if they arise.

Third Party Archival

Once a study closes out, all trial documentation needs to be retained securely for as long as regulations require — often for several years after a trial ends. We provide third-party archival facilities with the required measures and provisions in place to keep those records safe, organized, and retrievable. This includes physical storage, protection from damage or loss, and a clear system for locating specific documents if a sponsor, auditor, or regulator needs access later.

Clinical Operations

Our Clinical Operations Services and Training Programmes support the complete clinical trial lifecycle—from study planning, site selection and start-up to participant management, monitoring, quality oversight, and study close-out. We help Sponsors, CROs, hospitals, and clinical research sites strengthen GCP compliance, protocol adherence, participant safety, documentation, data integrity, and overall trial quality.

Ethics Committee Registration, Administration

NABH Accreditation of EC and Clinical Sites

Our NABH-focused training and consultancy services help Ethics Committees, clinical research sites, hospitals, medical colleges, and research institutions strengthen quality management, documentation, governance, and compliance systems. We help organizations develop structured and sustainable quality systems aligned with NABH requirements, supporting assessment readiness, continuous quality improvement, and effective clinical research governance.
